Product Quality
Our holistic products are unique, handcrafted collectibles, and therefore may include slight imperfections such as size or color differences. No two pieces are created equal. Expect some variations.

Minimum Order Requirements
The minimum Initial order total is $200.00 for 20 rings. Please read this entire policy, then click Buy Wholesale for wholesale pricing.

Payment Terms
When ordering from our website we use Square/CashApp/Venmo/Paypal to process our orders. ​Full payment including shipping must be cleared after orders are confirmed. Only then will the order be produced and shipped. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2-4 business days.
Any controversy, claim or dispute between the parties arising out of or related to this agreement, or the breach, termination or in validity hereof, which cannot be settled amicably by the parties shall be submitted by Arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the American Arbitration Association Arbitration Rules. All arbitration hearings shall be held in Atlanta, GA.

Our logo and name are registered and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
Any photography on our website, social platforms or brochures may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

Wholesale Shipping Costs
Shipping is additional and will be discussed after your order has been fulfilled.Pockit Full of Stones ships wholesale orders via USPS with package insurance. The shipment cost will be calculated per actual weight.

Local pick-up is available for Metro Atlanta residents.

Shipping & Handling
Wholesale orders will be shipped 2-4 weeks from the order date. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email including tracking information.

All packages are shipped from GA, United States, 30303.

Estimated Shipping Times
Pockit Full of Stones ships to all 51 United States, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses in 3-14 business days.
These shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Wholesale Return Policy
Pockit Full of Stones does not accept returns/cancellations, or offer refunds, but we will gladly offer complementary repair. If any of your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Any unauthorized return will be refused. Please contact us for a return authorization number before you ship any package to us.

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item to be exchanged is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Pockit Full of Stones will not reimburse shipping and packaging fees; however, any repaired products will be returned to the customer at the expense of Pockit Full of Stones.
